Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Forever That Girl. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exceptions: Sale items (discounted /coupon code), white clothing, and gift cards are generally not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

  • Availability: We will do our best to exchange the item for the same size or style. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once the item is returned,  accepted, and processed a store credit is issued via email. This amount can be used towards future purchases. Processing time is normally 3 business days. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notification: Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Replacement or Refund: We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

For Returns or Exchanges:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@foreverthatgiirl.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Shipping Address: We will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping.

Additional Notes:

  • Custom Duties and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on international orders.

  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages during shipping. Please ensure that you have tracking information for your return shipment.
