1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within [1-2 business days] of receipt.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
- A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
- Please note shipping time differs from processing time.

- The shipping cost differs based on location. Shipping is done by our bearers
- Shipping cost is $7 USD | $1000 JMD.
- Shipping is normally between 1 - 2 business days
- The last delivery is done at 5 pm
- Cut-Off Points: Papine Square| Stony Hill Square| Red Hills Square| Volatile Area

Two (2) main carriers are used to deliver packages to the 13 parishes:
- Knutsford express
- Zipmail (the local post office)
- There is a $3 USD | $450 JMD drop-off fee by our bearer for either of the methods chosen.
- Shipping is normally between 2-3 business days.

International Shipping.
- We offer international standard shipping to North America and various Caribbean countries through DHL and through Jamaica Post to select Caribbean countries.
- Tracking is available on the website.
- Shipping cost is through DHL is $40 and through Jamaica Post $15 USD
- Shipping takes 3-5 business days with DHL and 2 weeks with Jamaica Post.

- We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD
4. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance.
- Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to avoid delays
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- You can track your order online using the provided tracking number on the respective shipping carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
- Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to avoid delays
- If the shipping address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- We do not ship to all countries; you can insert your country to see if we ship there.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments may take 30 days to be resolved.
8. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import regulations.
